DIGNALEGI

A working record, not a verdict

AI Evidence Scorecard

Time saved is not value captured.

Compare one workflow, record what supports the comparison, and price only the capacity you can actually use. No overall score, no automatic approval.

Your inputs stay in this tab. No sign-up, upload, or automatic saving. Reloading loses your work; download your record to keep it. With analytics permission, we measure fixed usage milestones, not your inputs, amounts, notes, or decision. See our analytics policy.

01 / Define the comparison
For example: a support reply that passes review.
Record dates, sample sizes, allocation, and other changes. A label does not establish causality.
02 / Measure accepted work
Use the same task mix and quality threshold in both groups.
Include production, review, and rework inside the same boundary.
Do not compare generation time with end-to-end completion time.
State the threshold, observed failures, and how outputs were assessed.
Record accepted throughput, queues, downstream effort, or bottlenecks. Faster tasks alone do not show a faster workflow.
03 / Explain value capture
Enter an explicit assumption from 0 to 100; unused capacity has no captured value.
Use avoidable cost or incremental contribution, not salary by default.
Explain what cost disappears or what additional contribution is realised, and why.
Include licences, running costs, and continuing oversight. Enter 0 only if genuinely zero.
Include integration, training, and transition costs. Blank is unknown, not zero.
04 / Record your decision
State what would change this decision. The worksheet does not recommend scaling.
Calculation method and limits

Annual time difference = eligible accepted units × (baseline minutes − AI-assisted minutes) ÷ 60. A negative result means additional effort, not a saving. The volume is an annual assumption, not a demand forecast.

Captured annual value = positive released hours × capture share × value per captured hour. First-year total cost = annual recurring cost + one-off implementation cost. Net value = captured value − total cost. ROI = net value ÷ total cost × 100. A zero cost makes ROI undefined.

Value calculations require a recorded comparison, comparable time boundaries, a passing quality result with notes, workflow notes, and an explicit capture mechanism. These checks prevent missing fields from becoming a success claim; they cannot validate your assumptions. Planning inputs remain hypothetical even when every field is filled. This worksheet does not model discounting, tax, risk, or multi-year cash flows.
